BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-110(1).0004. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, said point also being a point on the centerline of West Mill Road; thence North 87 deg. 44 min. 53 sec. East along the centerline of West Mill Road 723.10 feet to a point on the centerline of West Fond Du Lac Avenue; thence South 44 deg. 25 min. 07 sec. East along the centerline of West Fond Du Lac Avenue 717.57 feet to a point; thence South 17 deg. 49 min. 54 sec. West 203.39 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; said point also being a point 120.00 feet southwesterly of the southwesterly line of West Fond Du Lac Avenue; thence Southeasterly and parallel to the centerline of West Fond Du Lac Avenue to a point on the centerline of North 95th Street; thence Southwesterly along the centerline of North 95th Street to a point on a westerly extension of the northerly line of property identified as Tax Key No. 151-9992-200; thence Easterly along the northerly line and westerly extension of said Tax Key No. 151-9992-200 to a point on the east line of Parkway Hills, a recorded subdivision in said 1/4 section; thence Southerly along the east line of said Parkway Hills subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 26 in Block 2 in said Parkway Hills subdivision; thence Westerly along the south line of said line of said Parkway Hills subdivision to the northeast corner of Lot 1 in Sentry Realty's Parc Court, a recorded subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 21 East; thence South 22 deg. 07 min. 20 sec. West 359.68 feet to a point; thence North 47 deg. 18 min. 50 sec. East 52.00 feet to a point; thence North 42 deg. 41 min. 10 sec. West 295.24 feet to a point; thence North 02 deg. 37 min. 50 sec. East 424.70 feet to a point; said point being the centerline of West Fond Du Lac Avenue; thence North 42 deg. 38 min. 31 sec.
