Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On West Green Tree Road from North Park Manor Drive to a point 200 feet west from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Pierce Street from South 5^th Street to South 6^th Street from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Pierce Street from South 5^th Street to South 6^th Street from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday

On the east side of South 9^th Street from West Pierce Street to a point 45 feet south from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

On the south side of West Brown Street from North 11^th Street to a point 45 feet west

On the south side of West Liberty Drive from a point 1950 feet west of West Park Place to a point 90 feet west thereof

On the south side of West Liberty Drive from a point 2205 feet west of West Park Place to a point 100 feet west thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Texas Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to a point 85 feet east from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On East Ivanhoe Place from North Lake Drive to North Terrace Avenue, except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Ivanhoe Place from North Lake Drive to North Terrace Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

Part 7.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of South 4^th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street"

"On the west side of South 2^nd Street from West Washington Street to West Mineral Street"

"On West Mineral Street between South 2^nd and 3^rd Streets"

Part 8.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Martin Lane from South Howell Avenue to a point 75 feet west from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday

On East Erie Street from North Young Street to North Milwaukee Street 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

On North Water Street from East Clybourn Avenue to East St Paul Avenue 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

Part 9.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On South 3^rd Street from West Scott Street to West Washington Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

Part 10.  Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Jefferson Street from East St Paul Avenue to East Buffalo Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

On the north side of East St Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

Part 11.  Section 101-23-4-h of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Van Buren Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"

Part 12.  Section 101-23-4-h of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Van Buren Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Part 13.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Erie Street from North Young Street south to the Milwaukee River

Part 14.  Section 101-32-3-d-3 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Erie Street from North Young Street to North Milwaukee Street 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On North Water Street from East Clybourn Avenue to East St Paul Avenue 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 15.  Section 101-32-3-f-3 of the Code relating to Five-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Jefferson Street from East St Paul Avenue to East Buffalo Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the north side of East St Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 16.  Section 101-32-3-g-2 of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Van Buren Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday"

Part 17.  Section 101-32-3-g-2 of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Van Buren Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
