Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Ohio Avenue from South 26^th Street to South 27^th Street at any time"

"On the north side of West Ohio Avenue between South 27^th Street and the alley east therefore, at any time"

"On the north side of West Wells Street from a point 120 feet west of North 19^th Street to 30 feet west thereof at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Canal Street from West Roubdhouse Road to a point 100 feet west

On the north side of East Irving Place from North Bartlett Avenue to North Farwell Avenue

On the east side of North Milwaukee Street from a point 385 feet north of East State Street to a point 23 feet north thereof

On the north side of West Ohio Avenue from South 26^th Street to South 27^th Street

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 19^th Street to a point 55 feet west

On the west side of North 7^th Street from West Messmer Street to a point 40 feet north

On the west side of North 7^th Street from West Messmer Street to a point 40 feet south

On North 33^rd Court from a point 225 feet north of West Roundhouse Road to a point 150 feet north thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Ohio Avenue from South 26^th Street to South 27^th Street

Part 4.  Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Irving Place from North Bartlett Avenue to North Farwell Avenue

Part 5.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Messmer Street from North 7^th Street to a point 100 feet west of North 8^th Street

On the south side of West Dodge Place from South 63^rd Street to a point 225 feet west
