This resolution authorizes the City Comptroller to transfer funds to the previously established sub accounts for the remaining Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee preliminary engineering costs in the amount of $110,000. The City of Milwaukee’s share is $22,000 and the grantor share is $88,000, increasing the total costs to $5,877,960 with the City share of $1,277,900 and the grantor share of $4,600,060.

Whereas, The Common Council has previously adopted resolutions authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer funds to various State and/or Federal Aid project sub accounts for preliminary engineering; and
Whereas, Additional planning and review during the design stage have resulted in increased costs charged against the projects; and
Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary for the estimated remaining Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee preliminary engineering costs for the projects; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds to the project grant chartfields as follows:
