A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. 5th Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to W. Michigan Street at any time"

"On N. 2nd Street and W. Burleigh Street within 30 feet of the intersection at any time"

"On the west side of N. 4th Street from the south curb line of W. Walnut Street to the first east/west alley south thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

"On the west side of S. 2nd Street from a point 90 feet south of the south curb line of W. Maple Street to a point 170 feet south thereof"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

In the alley between N. 84th Street and N. 85th Street south of W. Burleigh Street

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. Water Street from E. Chicago Street to E. Erie Street between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On W. Vine Street between N. 4th and N. 5th Streets"

"On the west side of S. 1st Street from the Kinnickinnic River to W. Becher Street"

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of E. Morgan Avenue from S. Delaware Avenue to S. Illinois Avenue on regular school days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

On the east side of S. 31st Street from W. Burnham Street to a point 110 feet north

Part 6. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 14th Street to N. 16th Street from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM except where no parking is in effect"

"On W. Virginia Street between S. 5th and S. 6th Streets"

Part 7. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of N. Maryland Avenue from N. Prospect Avenue to a point 150' north thereof from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
