Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of E. Wells Street from a point 78 feet west of the west curb line of N. Broadway to the north/south alley west thereof from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday"

"On the west side of S. 4th Street from W. National Avenue to W. Walker Street from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the southwesterly side of W. Tomah Place from W. Neenah Street south to the end of the street at any time"

"On the west side of N. 11th Street from W. Locust Street to W. Hadley Street from December 1 to March 1 except Sunday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. Van Buren Street from E. Kilbourn Avenue to E. State Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM"

"On the east side of S. 5th Street from the north curb line of W. Mitchell Street to a point 90 feet north thereof"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On N. Teutonia Avenue from W. North Avenue to W. Meinecke Avenue

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of W. Stevenson Street from N. 36th Street to a point approximately 695 feet westerly thereof"

"On S. Water Street between E. Pittsburgh Avenue and S. 1st Street except where No Parking Anytime is in effect"

"On W. Wright Street between N. 12th and N. 14th Streets

Part 5.  Section 101-23-7-d of the Code relating to Exceptions to Parking on Bridges is amended by adding the following:

On the bridge on N. Green Bay Avenue 150 feet south of W. Lawn Avenue
