Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2001 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 000508 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Comptroller, Financial Systems Support Division", delete one position of "Accounting Systems Specialist" and add one position of "Functional Applications Analyst-Senior."
Under "Health Department, Health Access and Adult Health, add one position of "Tobacco Control Project Manager (T)(X)" and create footnote "(T)" to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Tobacco Control Community Coalition II Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended."; under "Preventive Health Grant (I)", delete one position of "Graduate Intern" and one position of "Office Assistant II (I)(N)" and add one position of "Office Assistant II (I)(P); under "Medical Assistance Outreach-Consolidated Grant (P)", add one position of "Health Access Assistant II (P)(X)"; add the title "Presumptive Eligibility Billing Grant (R)" and add one position of "Accounting Assistant I (.5 FTE)(R)"; under "Home Environmental Health Division, Childhood Lead Detection Program (Z)", delete two positions of "Public Health Aide (G)(X)(Z)" and add two positions of "Public Health Aide (.4 FTE)(X)(Z)"; amend footnote "(I)" to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Preventive Health Grant, available from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services is extended."; amend footnote "(J)" to read: "Position authority to expire 12/31/01 unless the Adolescent School Health Grant is extended. Also funds .5 FTE Office Assistant II"; add footnote "(P) to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Medical Assistance Outreach-Consolidated Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended. Also funds .5 FTE Office Assistant II under the Preventive Health Grant"; add footnote "(R)" to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Presumptive Eligibility Billing Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended."; amend footnote "(Z)" to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Childhood Lead Detection Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended."; amend footnote "(DD) to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Immunization Action Plan Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended."; and amend footnote "(KK)" to read: "To expire 12/31/01 unless the Cancer Control Coordination Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended."
Under "Police Department, Administration/Services Decision Unit, Printing and Stores Unit", delete one position of "Offset Press Operator II" and one position of "Lead Offset Press Operator" and add one position of "Printer" and one position of "Production Designer II."
Under "Department of Public Works-Administrative Services Division, Technology Support Services", delete one position of "Telecommunications Analyst-Senior" and add one position of "Telecommunications Analyst-Project Leader."
Part 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 3. The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 4. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after passage and publication.
