Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of East Center Street from the east curb line of North Palmer Street to a point 80 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 27th Street from a point 460 feet south of the south curb line of West Hope Avenue to a point 185 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 34th Street from West Villard Avenue to West Eggert Place at any time"
"On the west side of North 15th Street from the south curb line of West Ring Street to a point 450 feet south thereof from December 1 to March 1 at any time except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On the west side of North 21st Street from West Townsend Street to West Melvina Street at any time"
"On the east side of North 6th Street from the north curb line of West Wells Street to a point 75 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 4th Street between West Kilbourn Avenue and West State Street"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Land Place from a point 100 feet west of North 6th Street to a point 60 feet further west from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
In the alley south of West Villard Avenue and west of North 72nd Street at any time
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-a of the Code relating to 15 Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Vliet Street from North 47th Street to North 48th Street at any time"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 31st Street from West Courtland Avenue to West Hampton Avenue"
"On the south side of West Townsend Street from North 27th Street to North 28th Street"
"On the south side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North 16th Street to North 17th Street from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM except where No Parking is in effect"
"On the north side of West Vliet Street from North 59th Street to North 60th Street from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the south side of West Vliet Street from North 59th Street to North 60th Street from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 5. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of East Park Place from North Maryland Avenue to North Stowell Avenue"
Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Park Place from North Farwell Avenue to North Stowell Avenue
Part 7. Section 101-26.5 of the Code relating to No Parking When Snowfall 2 Inches or More is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Park Place from North Maryland Avenue to North Farwell Avenue
Part 8. Section 101-32-3-a of the Code relating to 15 Minute Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Warren Avenue from East Brady Street to a point 60 feet north from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday
