Resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to setup and fund the procurement and construction phase of the Bike Share Expansion project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee with a total estimated cost of $2,074,695.

Body

Whereas, the City of Milwaukee is performing the purchase for the procurement and the Let for the construction project; and

 

Whereas, Additional grantor reimbursable funds are, therefore, necessary to complete the procurement and construction of the project; now, therefore bit it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it

 

Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the below description of work; and, be it

 

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is directed to create within the Capital Improvement Fund, Grant and Aid Projects, the necessary Project Grant Chartfield Values for Procurement & Construction for the project (Expenditure) and transfer to any of these accounts the amount required under the grant agreement and City Accounting Policy but not to exceed a 10 percent increase of the total amounts reserved for the grantor’s share and local share or $5,000, whichever is greater, as follows:
