Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Department of Administration, Information and Technology Management Division" add footnote "(Y)" to one position of "Community Information Services Coordinator"; under "Corporate Information Services" add footnote "(Y)" to one position of "Information Systems Manager", one position of "System Analyst Manager" and one position of "Enterprise Systems Manager"; under "Geographic Information Systems Support Team" add footnote "(Y)" to "Geographic Information Systems Manager."
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Health Department, Accounting Section", delete the section "Presumptive Eligibility Billing Grant (R)" and delete one position of "Accounting Assistant I (.5 FTE) (R)"; under "Healthy Behavior and Access", delete the section "Medical Assistance Outreach - Consolidated Grant (P)" and delete one position of "Health Access Assistant II (P) (X)"; under "Breast Cancer Control Coordination Grant (KK)" delete one position of "Public Health Nurse (X) (G) (KK)"; add the section "Early Childhood MPS Daycare Grant (II)", add two positions of "Clinic Assistants (X) (II)" and add footnote "(II)" to read: "To expire 10/31/02 unless the Early Childhood MPS Daycare Grant is extended. Also funds .25 FTE of a Public Health Nurse Supervisor position and .3 FTE on a Public Health Nurse"; under "Home Environmental Health Division, Childhood Lead Detection Program (Z)" delete two positions of "Public Health Aide (.4 FTE) (X) (Z)", add two positions of "Public Health Aide (.6 FTE) (X) (Z)" and amend footnote "(I)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Preventive Health Grant, available from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services is extended", amend footnote "(J)" as follows: "Position authority to expire 12/31/02 unless the Adolescent School Health Grant is extended. Also funds .5 FTE Office Assistant II", delete footnote "(P)" in its entirety, delete footnote "(R)" in its entirety, amend footnote "(Z)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Childhood Lead Detection Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended", amend footnote "(DD)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Immunization Action Plan Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extend", and amend footnote "(KK)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Cancer Control Coordination Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is extended. Also funds .3 FTE of the Truck driver position under the Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Grant and .4 FTE of Public Health Nurse Position funded by the Breast Cancer Awareness Grant."
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
