Title

Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain follows:

Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Salary Grade 006 delete the title "Vector and Nuisance Control Supervisor" and add the title 'Nuisance Control Supervisor."

Part 2. Section 3 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay period 7, 2002 - March 17, 2002.)

Under Pay Range 282 delete the title "Urban Forestry Specialist Crew Leader 3/" and add the title "Urban Forestry Crew Leader 3/."

Part 3. Section 21 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2001 -December 24, 2000):

Under Pay Range 858, delete the rates of pay and substitute the following:

Part 4. Section 21 of ordinance File Number 010467 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2002 - December 23, 2001):

Under Pay Range 858, delete the rates of pay and substitute the following:

Part 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 6. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 7, 2002 (March 17. 2002)

The provisions of Part 3 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2001 (December 24, 2000)

The provisions of Part 4 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2002 (December 23, 2001)

The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.

Part 7. This ordinance will take effect and be after its passage and publication.
