Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in

various parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping or Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 47^th Street from the alley north of West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North Booth Street from a point 300 feet south of the south curb line of East Vienna Avenue to East Nash Street at any time”

“On North 34^th Street from West Vliet Street north to the first east/west alley at any time”

“On North Teutonia Avenue from West Locust Street to West Albany Place at anytime”

“On the west side of South 38^th Street from the south curb line of West Mitchell Street from a point 190 feet south thereof at any time”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 5^th Street from a point 105 feet south of West Cherry Street to 45 feet south thereof

On the north side of West Burleigh Street from North 40^th Street to a point 40 feet east

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North Booth Street from a point 60 feet south of the south curb line of East Vienna Avenue to a point 300’ feet south of the curb line of East Vienna Avenue”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Ward Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Robinson Avenue”

“On the south side of East Ward Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Robinson Avenue”

“On North 50^th Street between West North and West Lisbon Avenues”

Part 6.  Section 101-24 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 47^th Street from the alley north of West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM”

Part 7.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 26^th Street from West Maple Street to West Burnham Street

On South Pine Avenue from East Potter Avenue to East Russell Avenue

On South Ellen Street from East Estes Street to East Rusk Avenue
