Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 27^th Street from the north curb line of West Townsend Street to a point 75 feet north thereof from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of North 30^th Street from the north curb line of West Concordia Avenue to a point 80 feet north thereof from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of North 46^th Street from the north curb line of West Burleigh Street to a point 50 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the north side of East Layton Avenue from a point 930 feet east of the east lot line of South Howell Avenue to South Brust Avenue at any time"

"On the south side of East Norwich Street from South Howell Avenue to the first north/south alley west thereof at any time"

"On South 20^th Street from the south curb line of West Lincoln Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 23^rd Street from West Abbott Avenue to a point 50 feet south

On the west side of South 23^rd Street from West Abbott Avenue to a point 50 feet north  

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 18^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 19^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 22^nd Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 23^rd Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 26^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 28^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 29^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 32^nd Street to a point 50 feet east

On the north side of West Wells Street from North 33^rd Street to a point 50 feet east

On the south side of West State Street from North 15^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 18^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 19^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 23^rd Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 24^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 25^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 26^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 29^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West State Street from North 33^rd Street to a point 50 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 52^nd Street from the south curb line of West North Avenue to a point 120 feet south thereof"

"On North 59^th Street from West Blue Mound Road to West Michigan Street between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm"

"On South 69^th Street from West Dickinson Avenue to West Adler Street"

"On the north side of West Scott Street from South 2^nd Street to South 4^th Street"

"On the south side of West Scott Street from South 2^nd Street to South 3^rd Street"

Part 4.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of East Lyon Street from North Jefferson Street to North Franklin Place

On the south side of West Martin Drive from North Hawley Road east to the dead end

Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking by adding the following:

On South Robinson Street from East Ward Street to East Lincoln Avenue

On South Delaware Avenue from South St. Clair Street to East Oklahoma Avenue

On South Wentworth Avenue from East Conway Street to East Oklahoma Avenue

Part 6. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On West Stevenson Street from North 68^th Street to North 76^th Street

On South Muskego Avenue from West Greenfield Avenue to West Forest Home Avenue

On North Water Street from East Brady Street to North Humboldt Avenue

On South Superior Street from East Russell Avenue to East Rhode Island Avenue

Part 7. Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Allis Street from East Lincoln Avenue to a point 130 feet north
