Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2005 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Anaylsis
This substitute ordinance makes rates of pay changes to the rates of pay to the following: Administrative Officer, Board of Zoning Appeals, Assessor's Office, Health Department, Department of Public Works-Operations Division, Forestry Section.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):
Under Pay Range 047 delete the biweekly rate of $1,736.46 and substitute $1,779.87.
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2004 - December 21, 2003):
Under Pay Range 047 delete the biweekly rate of $1,779.87 and substitute $1,824.37.
Part 3. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2005 - December 19, 2004):
Under Pay Range 047 delete the biweekly rate of $1,824.37 and substitute $1,869.98.
Part 4. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Salary Grade 007, add the title "Manager of Nursing Practice."
Part 5. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 5, 2002 - February 17, 2002):
Under Pay Range 530, add the footnote designation "2/" to the title of "Lead Risk Assessor I."
Part 6. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 530, add the title "Property Assessment Technician."
Part 7. Section 9 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 606, add the title and footnote designation "Landscape Architect 1/" and add footnote "1/" to read as follows: "Employees holding the title of Landscape Architect shall be eligible for all steps of Pay Range 606."
Part 8. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 9. The provisions of Part 5 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 5, 2002 (February 17, 2002).
The provisions of Part 1 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2003 (December 22, 2002).
The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2004 (December 21, 2003).
The provisions of Part 3 of this ordinance are deemed to have been in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2005 (December 19, 2004).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 10. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
