Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 13th Street from a point 200 feet south of the south line of West Howard Avenue to a point 170 feet further south thereof at any time”
“On the east side of South 13th Street from a point 300 feet south of the south line of West Howard Avenue to a point 60 feet further south thereof at any time”
“On the west side of South 13th Street from West Waterford Avenue to a point 800 feet south thereof at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Holt Avenue from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 50 feet west
On the south side of East Holt Avenue from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 50 feet east
On the east side of South 13th Street from West Howard Avenue to a point 175 feet south
On the east side of South 13th Street from a point 430 feet south of West Waterford Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
On the west side of South 13th Street from a point 320 feet south of West Waterford Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof
On the west side of North 21st Street from a point 70 feet north of West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 25 feet north thereof
Part 3. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:
“On East Wright Street from North Humboldt Avenue to West Fond du Lac Avenue”
“On West Wright Street from North Humboldt Avenue to West Fond du Lac Avenue”
Part 4. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On West Wright Street from North 1st Street to West Fond du Lac Avenue
