A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of W. Odell Street from S. 14th Street to S. 15th Place at any time"

"On the east side of N. 13th Street from a point 70 feet south of the south curb line of W. State Street to a point 135 feet further south thereof at any time"

"On the east side of N. Milwaukee Street from E. Juneau Avenue to N. Water Street at any time"

"On the west side of N. Milwaukee Street from E. Juneau Avenue to N. Water Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM"

"On the south side of E. Ogden Avenue from the east curb line of N. Cass Street to a point 121 feet east thereof on regular school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM"

"On the north side of W. Nash Street between N. 20th Street and N. 21st Streets at any time"

"On the north side of W. Messmer Street from N. Green Bay Avenue to N. 9th Street between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM"

"On the west side of N. Newhall Street from E. Thomas Avenue to E. North Avenue at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of N. 33rd Street from W. Clarke Street to W. Center Street at any time

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of W. Oregon Street between S. 1st and S. 2nd Streets"

"On the south side of W. National Avenue from approximately 160 feet east of the east line of S. 16th Street to S. 15th Street"

"On the north side of W. National Avenue from approximately 270 feet east of the east line of S. 16th Street to the east line of S. 15th Street extended north"

"On the west side of N. Milwaukee Street from E. Kilbourn Avenue to a point 115 feet south of the south curb line of E. Kilbourn Avenue"

"On the south side of E. Ogden Avenue from the west curb line of N. Edison Street to a point 80 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of S. 3rd Street from W. Bruce Street to W. Pierce Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. 29th Street from W. Roosevelt Drive south to end of street"

"On W. Mineral Street from S. 18th Street to S. 19th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

"On W. Olive Street from N. Green Bay Avenue to N. 13th Street"

"On W. Olive Street between N. 16th Street and N. 17th Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on regular school days"

"On W. Olive Street between N. 19th Place and N. 20th Street between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on regular school days"

"On N. Oakland Avenue from E. Hampshire Street to E.Newport Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the north side of E. North Avenue between N. Prospect and N. Summit Avenues"

"On N. Murray Avenue from E. North Avenue to E. Greenwich Avenue"

"On the south side of W. Orchard Street from S. 1st Street to S. 2nd Street"

Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On N. Murray Avenue from E. Thomas Avenue to E. Greenwich Avenue

Part 7. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. Oakland Avenue between the north line of E. Newberry Boulevard and E. Geneva Place"

"On W. Pierce Street between S. 13th Street and S. 16th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

"On the north side of W. Pierce Street from S. 8th Street to S. 9th Street"

"On W. Mineral Street from S. 26th Street to S. Layton Boulevard except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"

Part 8. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi Stands is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of W. Michigan Street from a point 50 feet west of the west curb line of N. Plankinton Avenue to a point 36 feet west (2 cabs)"

Part 9. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of N. 29th Street from W. Hampton Avenue to the second east/west alley south of W. Roosevelt Drive"

"On the east side of N. 28th Street from W. Hampton Avenue to the second alley south of W. Roosevelt Drive"

"On the west side of N. 30th Street from W. Roosevelt Drive south to the second east/west alley"

"On the west side of N. 23rd Street from W. Michigan Street to W. Wisconsin Avenue"
