Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of South 13th Street from West Armour Avenue to West Van Norman Avenue at any time"
"On the east side of South 13th Street from West Armour Avenue to a point approximately 80 feet south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of West Vliet Street from West Highland Boulevard to a point 100 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the north side of West State Street in the 5500 block from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM"
"On the north side of West Walnut Street from a point 48 feet west of the west curb line of North 12th Street to a point 94 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM"
"On the west side of North 14th Street from a point 158 feet south of the south curb line of West North Avenue to a point 120 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 30th Street from the premises at 2360 north to the first driveway"
"On the east side of North 32nd Street from the south curb line of West Center Street to a point 120 feet south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 31st Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 135 feet north at anytime except Sunday
On West Waterford Court from South 60th Street to a point 550 feet west at anytime
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 3rd Street from West Pierce Street to a point 120 feet south
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of South 32nd Street from the south curb line of West Burnham Street to a point 90 feet south thereof"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 12th Street from West Clarke Street to the first east/west alley north of West Clarke Street"
"On North 27th Street from the south curb line of West North Avenue to the first east/west alley south thereof from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the west side of North 12th Street from West McKinley Avenue to West Vliet Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday and except where No Parking is in effect"
"On the west side of North 12th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Highland Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of West McKinley Avenue between North 49th Street and North 50th Street"
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South Herman Street from South Whitnall Avenue north to the alley
Part 7. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of East Hamilton Street from North Humboldt Avenue to North Pulaski Street"
Part 8. Section 101-26.5 of the Code relating to No Parking When Snowfall 2 Inches Or More is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Hamilton Street from North Humboldt Avenue to North Pulaski Street
On the north side of West Highland Boulevard from North 27th Street to North 35th Street
On the north side of West McKinley Avenue from North 27th Street to North 35th Street
Part 9. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On South 7th Street from West Rogers Street to West Burnham Street
On South 21st Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street
