A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On E. Reservoir Avenue from N. Holton Street to E. Garfield Avenue at any time"
"On the north side of W. Rogers Street from the west curb line of S. 1st Street to a point 230 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the north side of W. Mitchell Street from S. 1st Street to S. 6th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Pabst Avenue from the alley east of S. 28th Street to a point 5 feet west of the center line extended of the north/south alley between S. 33rd Street and S. 34th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
"On the north side of W. Orchard Street from S. 37th to S. 43rd Streets at any time (during the period of Water Department construction work)"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of W. Green Tree Road between N. 43rd Street and N. 44th Street at any time
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of E. Reservoir Avenue between N. Buffum and N. Holton Streets"
"On W. Ring Street between N. 3rd and N. 5th Streets"
"On N. Oakland Avenue from E. Kenwood Boulevard to E. Linnwood Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On N. Prospect Avenue from E. Linnwood Avenue to E. Locust Street from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Except Sunday"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Prospect Avenue between E. Woodstock Place and E. Kenilworth Place"
"On W. North Avenue between N. 4th Street and N. 5th Street between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM"
"On the west side of N. Richards Street from the south curb line of E. Vienna Avenue to a point south thereof"
"On the east side of N. Richards Street from E. Fiebrantz Avenue to E. Olive Street"
"On the west side of N. Richards Street from E. Ring Street to E. Townsend Street on odd calendar dates"
"On the east side of N. Richards Street from E. Ring Street to E. Townsend Street on even calendar dates"
"On the south side of W. Pierce Street between S. 12th Street and S. 13th Street from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"E. Pittsburgh Avenue from S. 1st Street to the Broadway Bridge"
"On the west side of N. Prospect Avenue in the 2600 block"
"On N. Prospect Avenue from E. North Avenue south to Ivanhoe Place excepting that there shall be no parking of vehicles in the above designated area during the period of the holding of the annual Milwaukee Mid-Summer Festival from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM"
"On W. Rogers Street from S. 36th Street to S. 37th Streets"
Part 6. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of N. Bartlett Avenue from E. Locust Street to E. Geneva Place
