Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2001 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 000508 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Health Department, Bioterrorism Grant (Q)", delete one position of "Microbiologist III (0.7 FTE)(Q)(GG)" and add one position of "Microbiologist III (Q)(GG)"; under "Immunization Action Plan Grant (DD)", delete one position of "Public Health Nurse (G)(DD)(X)" and add one position of "Public Health Nurse (G)(X)"; under "Breast Cancer Awareness Program Grant (U)", delete one position of "X-Ray Technician III (U)(X)"; under "STD/HIV Prevention Training Grant (BB)", delete one position of "Nurse Practitioner (0.5 FTE)(BB)(X)"; under "Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic", delete one position of "Office Assistant II (F)(K)" and add one position of "Office Assistant II"; under "Intervention to Prevent the Spread of Aids Grant (K)", delete one position of "Public Health Educator II (K)(X)" and add one position of "Office Assistant II (.5 FTE)(K)"; under "Lead Hazard Reduction Grant (D)", delete one position of "Laboratory Assistant II (D)(E)" and add one position of "Laboratory Assistant II (D)(TT)"; and under "Laboratories, Chemical Division", delete one position of "Laboratory Assistant I (0.5 FTE)(TT)."
Under "Library, Administrative Services Decision Unit, Buildings and Grounds Section", delete one position of "Custodian Supervisor II (X)" and one position of "Custodian Supervisor II (C)" and add one position titled "Building Services Supervisor (X)" and one position titled "Building Services Supervisor (C)."
Under "Department of Neighborhood Services, Administrative Services Section", add footnote designation "(X)" to one position of "Graduate Intern (.58 FTE)."
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 000508 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby further amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2001 - December 24, 2000):
Under "Comptroller, Financial Systems Support Division", delete one position of "Project Manager" and add one position of "Functional Applications Manager."
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2001 (December 24, 2000).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after passage and publication.
