Analysis

Appropriates any remaining funds in the 2004 Common Council Contingent Fund to the Police Department and Election Commission Salary and Operating Expenditure accounts, Department of City Development Operating Expenditures and Special Funds, SPA-Employee Health Care Claims account and SPA-Workers' Compensation.

Body

Whereas, To facilitate closing of Year 2004 financial books, transfers from 2004 Common Council Contingent Fund are necessary; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $2,950 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Department of City Development account (#0001-1910-R194-006300) (2004) if necessary; and be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $325 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Department of City Development account (#0001-1910-R999-006300) (2004) if necessary; and be it

Further Resolved, That $359,962 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Election Commission's salary account (#0001-1700-R999-006000) (2004) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That $12,651 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Election Commission's operating expenditures account (#0001-1700-R999-006300) (2004) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That $1,721,836 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Special Purpose Account - Employee Health Care Claims account (#0001-1650-S114-006100) (2004) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That $384,474 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Special Purpose Account - Workers' Compensation account (#0001-1650-S176-006100) (2004) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That $69,782 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Police Department's Operating Expenditures account (#0001-3310-R999-006300) (2004) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That $334,649 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2004) be transferred to the Police Department Salary Account (#0001-3310-R999-006000) (2004) if necessary.
