Resolution approving and authorizing additional signatories to the bank and financial accounts of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee
Analysis
Body
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) holds financial accounts in various banks and financial institutions; and,
WHEREAS, management has recommended that additional signatories are needed to the various bank and financial institutions’ savings, current/checking, certificates of deposits, loan documents and any financial accounts or instruments maintained in such banks or financial institutions; and,
WHEREAS, some members of management who are current signatories needs to be updated and/or deleted as authorized signatories; and,
WHEREAS, the following are titles, names and genuine signatures of duly qualified and approved signees of HACM authorized by this resolution; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above listed signatories are hereby authorized to execute sign and execute documents related hereto and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all acts previously performed, relative to this matter, by the Authority’s Board and the Secretary-Executive Director of the Authority, are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed in all respects; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director of the Authority or his designee, is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to take any and all such action on behalf of the Authority in its own capacity, as applicable; and be it
FINALY RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director of the Authority or his designee, is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to take such further action on behalf of the Authority as they deem necessary to effectuate the foregoing.
