A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
"On E. and W. Michigan Street from N. Milwaukee to N. 7th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of E. Ogden Avenue from the west line of N. Jefferson Street to a point 55 feet west thereof"
"On E. Ogden Avenue from a point 50 feet east of the east line of N. Jackson Street to the west line of the alley between N. Jackson Street and N. Van Buren Street"
"On the east side of E. Ogden Avenue and W. Cherry Street from N. Water Street to N. Cape Street at any time"
"On the east side of N. 2nd Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to the first east/west alley south of W. Wells Street at any time"
"On the south side of W. Ohio Avenue from S. 27th Street to S. 28th Street at any time"
"On the north side of E. Morgan Avenue from the east curb line of S. Kinnickinnic Avenue to the first north/south alley east thereof at any time"
"On the north side of W. Lisbon Avenue from W. Lloyd Street to N. Sherman Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Meinecke Avenue from the east curb line of N. 36th Street to a point 55 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the north side of W. North Avenue from N. 19th Street to N. 21st Street from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 PM"
"On the north side of W. North Avenue from the west curb line of N. 6th Street to a point 160 feet west thereof at anytime"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of W. North Avenue from N. 6th Street to N. 7th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday
On the north side of W. Kinnickinnic River Parkway from S. 66th Street to a point 105 feet west at any time
On the south side of W. Juneau Avenue from N. 37th Street to a point 115 feet east at any time
On the east side of N. 46th Street from W. Juneau Avenue to W. Vliet Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Forest Home Avenue between S. 42nd and S. 43rd Streets"
"On the south side of W. Oklahoma Avenue from S. 51st Street to S. 50th Street from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the south side of W. North Avenue from N. 49th Street to N. 50th Street from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM"
"On W. North Avenue from N. 19th Street to N. 20th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On W. North Avenue between N. Sherman Boulevard and N. 44th Street"

Part 6. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of E. Ogden Avenue from a point 55 feet west of N. Jefferson Street to a point 55 feet east of N. Milwaukee Street"
"On the south side of W. North Avenue between N. 14th and N. 15th Streets"
"On the south side of W. North Avenue from N. 13th Lane to N. 14th Street"
Part 7. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On N. 78th Court from a point 300 feet north of W. Courtland Avenue to a point 100 feet further north
Part 8. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi Stands is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. Milwaukee Street from a point 16 feet south of the south lot line of E. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 52 feet south (3 cabs)"
Part 9. Section 101-23-9 of the Code relating to No Truck Parking is amended by adding the following:
On W. Winfield Avenue from N. 76th Street to N. 77th Street
On the service drive on the north side of W. Mill Road from N. 77th Street to N. 80th Street
On the service drive on the north side of W. Mill Road from N. 82nd Street to N. 90th Street
On the service drive on the south side of W. Mill Road from N. 84th Street to N. 89th Street
Part 10. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. 15th Street from W. Hadley Street to W. Hopkins Street"
Part 11. Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Hadley Street from N. 12th Street to N. 18th Street"
Part 12. Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by adding the following:
