Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Ruby Avenue to North 29^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday and where No Parking is in effect”

“On the east side of north 51^st Street from the south curb line of West Wright Street to a point 70 feet thereof at anytime”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Ruby Avenue to West Cornell Street

On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Hampton Avenue to North 29^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday

On the north side of West Michigan Street from a point 260 feet west of North 8th Street to a point 40 feet west thereof

On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from a point 350 feet east of North Cass Street to a point 20 feet east thereof

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 26^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the south side of West Morgan Avenue (Service Drive) from South 32^nd Street to a point 490 feet west

On the north side of West Washington Street from South 15^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Washington Street from South 15^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the north side of West Mitchell Street from South 15^th Place to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 15^th Place to a point 40 feet west

On the east side of South Howell Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to a point 50 feet north

On the east side of North 51^st Street from West Wright Street to a point 45 feet north

On the east side of North 51^st Street from West Wright Street to a point 75 feet south

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Vliet Street from North 26^th Street to North 27^th Street between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 5^th Street from West Vliet Street to a point 220 feet north

On the west side of North 5^th Street from West Vliet Street to West Cherry Street

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Hayes Avenue from South 27^th to South 28^th Streets”

Part 6.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Martin Drive from West Highland Boulevard to North 46^th Street
