Whereas, The Inner City Redevelopment Corporation ("ICRC") has offered to purchase the following vacant, City-owned or tax-deed lots for $1 each for new residential construction:

Whereas, The Department of City Development ("DCD") recommends acceptance of this Offer contingent upon site and building plan approval, a financial commitment in place to complete the project as proposed, and closing must occur within six months from the date of this Council file's approval; and
 
Whereas, DCD recommends sale in an "as is" condition without representations or warranties including but not limited to soil quality and subsurface condition; and
 
Whereas, The City Plan Commission has determined that said lots are surplus to municipal needs; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said lots are declared surplus; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the Offer to Purchase from the Inner City Redevelopment Corporation is accepted and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to perform such acts as necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution with the proceeds from said sale being credited to the proper account.
