BODY:
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee issued a "Limited Warranty Deed" on February 13, 1990 to a Jerome A. Landry and Joenette D. Landry, husband and wife for the property at 2535 North 32nd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Tax Key No. 326-0334-X ("Subject Property") in fulfillment of a land contract dated September 17, 1984; and
 
Whereas, Jerome A. Landry and Joenette D. Landry were divorced in 1987 pursuant to a judgment of divorce issued in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Case No. 698-411 and Jerome A. Landry quit claimed to Joenette D. Landry the Subject Property on November 25, 1987; and
 
Whereas, Joenette D. Landry n.k.a Joenette D. Kelly-Kidd has requested, through her attorney, that a corrective deed be issued by the City of Milwaukee to place title to the Subject Property in her name alone as of the issuance of the Limited Warranty Deed; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute a corrective deed for the property located at 2535 North 32nd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Tax Key No. 326-0334-X to a place title to the Subject Property as of the issuance of the Limited Warranty Deed in the name of Joenette D. Landry; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That any technical, non-substantive changes needed to effect this transaction and other documents required for recording purposes are also authorized by this resolution.
