Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 42^nd Street from to a point 440 feet south of West Kaul Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof

On the west side of North 42^nd Street from to a point 340 feet south of West Kaul Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof

On the south side of West Silver spring Road from a point 1060 feet west of North 118^th Street to a point 45 feet west thereof

On the north side of West Pierce Street from a point 480 feet east of South 16^th Street to a point 33 feet east thereof

On the north side of West Pierce Street from a point 533 feet east of South 16^th Street to a point 20 feet east thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Forest Home Avenue from South 31^st to South 32^nd Streets from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM"

"On the south side of West North Avenue from North 35^th Street to North 36^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sundays"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Homer Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 60 feet east from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Sunday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Pierce Street from South 13^th Street to South 16^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday"

"On the east side of North Grant Boulevard from a point 265 feet south of the south curb line of West Clarke Street to West Wright Street from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on regular school days"

"On the west side of North Grant Boulevard between West Clarke and Wright Streets, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on regular school days"

"On North Grant Boulevard between West Meinecke Avenue and West Wright Street, on school days between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Bennett Avenue from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 75 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

On the east side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Bennett Avenue to a point 80 feet south from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 3^rd Street from West Virgina Street to West National Avenue on School Days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Part 7.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Walker Street from South 3^rd Street to South 4^th Street
