Analysis
This ordinance corrects a boundary description for a previously approved change in zoning and will consolidate land into a single base zoning district to allow for a motor vehicle filling station, auto repair and retail.

Whereas, On September 23, 2003, the Common Council approved the change in zoning from Industrial Mixed (IM) to Local Business (LB2) on land located on the North Side of West National Avenue and West of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain that Ordinance No. 030444 is corrected as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West National Avenue, a line 164.42 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, a line 189.42 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, a line 131.95 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, the zoning line within the right-of-way of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, a line 195.84 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue, a line 145.83 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue, a line 252.06 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue, a line 165.25 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive and a line 246.97 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue from Industrial Mixed (IM) to Local Business (LB2).
