Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

E. Menomonee St. - N. Broadway to N. Jefferson St. (SM495260018). File Number 260665: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $300,000, additional funding). The total estimated cost of this project is $774,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

E. Summerfest Pl. - E. Erie St. to N. Harbor Dr. (SM495260016). File Number 260441: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $75,000, additional funding). The total estimated cost of this project is $592,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
