Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:
7th Aldermanic District
N. 36th St. - W. Concordia Ave. to W. Townsend St. (ST211260138). Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,715; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $4,385). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $8,100. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
