Analysis
This ordinance changes the time during which food sales are prohibited within the Downtown time-limited food truck zone from between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., to between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. The ordinance further changes the time during which food sales are prohibited within time-limited food truck zones from between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., to between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 68-37-1-e-1-a and b of the code is amended to read:
68-37. Food Peddlers.
1. SALES ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
e-1-a. Offer for sale or sell food between [[11 p.m.]] >>1 a.m.<< and 6 a.m.
e-1-b. Offer for sale or sell food between [[10 p.m.]] >>1 a.m.<< and 6 a.m. within the Downtown time-limited food peddler vehicle zone.
