COMPOSITION: Five members: One member of the Common Council appointed by the Common Council President; one citizen member with experience and knowledge of municipal public works operations appointed by the Common Council President; the Commissioner of Public Works or designee; the Comptroller or designee; the Budget and Management Director or designee. The report of the task force is due January 11, 2010.
