PURPOSE: To review proposed changes to the City's zoning code (Chapter 295) for legality and enforceability, administrative efficiency, and consistency with the format of the zoning code.
COMPOSITION: Four members: one designee each from the office of the City Attorney, the Department of Neighborhood Services, the Department of City Development, and the Legislative Reference Bureau. Appointments to this body do not require Common Council confirmation.
