Lake Drive You don't often get email from lesliejacus@enabl-ed.org. Learn why this is important Hi, I am writing with objections to the projects outlined in the letter under file number 210858. I am opposed to the construction of the pergola because I don’t believe this structure is appropriate in the Historic district and this structure is already finished. It is unclear to me how the structure can already be constructed if there is hearing regarding its construction on October 11th?? Additionally, this home is not being used as a single family but as a daycare or afterschool program. There are vans there daily and 5 full garbage cans often overflowing at all times attracting rats and other animals. It was our understanding that in this neighborhood the homes had to be single family dwellings and a specific permit would need to be obtained to have a daycare or afterschool care business taking place. I see the children (dozens of them) being dropped off and picked up every day. If there is someone you know I can speak to regarding this, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
