On October 23, 2007, the City of Milwaukee Common Council adopted File #070013 - Substitute resolution approving, ratifying and confirming the memorandum of understanding covering wages, hours and conditions of employment agreement between the city negotiating team and the Milwaukee Police Association, Local #21, I.U.P.A., AFL-CIO for the period of January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2009, which, approved the 2009 salary rates for the Milwaukee Police Association union members, in pay ranges 801, 804, 808 and 813.  The MPA 2009 pay rates for pay ranges 801-813 were inadvertently left out of Common Council File 080521 - A substitute ordinance to make uniform the rates of pay of offices and positions in the City service under the control of the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee for the year 2009. 

 

Please make the following amendments to the 2009 salary ordinance File #080521:

 

Under Section 18 of ordinance File Number 080521 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2009 - December 28, 2008):

Delete the current rates of pay for Pay Ranges 801, 804, 808, 812 and 813 and substitute therefore the following:

Pay Range 801

Pay Range 804
