Hi Terry,

Please substitute the following footnote in the Positions Ordinance for the new grant funded position of Grant Monitor in the Department of Administration - Community Development Grants Administration as described in the February 3, 2009 City Service Commission Report that went before the Finance and Personnel Committee on February 4, 2009.

In the 2009 Positions Ordinance, under Department of Administration - Community Development Grants, Administration Division, add one position of "Grant Monitor (B) (X) (Y)" with the footnote to read as follows: "(B) To expire 2/1/13 unless the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant is extended."

Also, please substitute the following footnote in the Positions Ordinance for the new grant funded position of Management Accounting Specialist - Senior in the Comptroller's Office as described in the February 3, 2009 City Service Commission Report that went before the Finance and Personnel Committee on February 4, 2009.

In the 2009 Positions Ordinance, under Comptroller's Office, Revenue and Cost Division, add one position of "Management Accounting Specialist - Senior (D)" with the footnote to read as follows: "(D) To expire 2/1/13 unless the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant is extended."
