I have been a tax paying resident at 1522 N Prospect for over a decade and have never petitioned you as I am doing today. I implore you to look carefully beyond the increase in the tax base that such a building would bring. The potential for bluff destabilization if an edifice of that mammoth size were built on this small lot is huge. The potential liability costs to the city would far outweigh the tax benefits. In addition, there are issues regarding chaos in the neighborhood, insufficient parking, city image and inconsistency in zoning which will be addressed by other members of our neighborhood in the meeting. Please listen to them carefully. Thank you for your time and dedication to our city. Jo Burgoyne 1522 N. Prospect Ave. Milwaukee , Wisconsin 53202 Sent from my iPhone
