During his twelve year tenure as the DCD Commissioner, Mr. Marcoux has been a vital catalyst in the revitalization of the City of Milwaukee. His leadership in ushering in such projects as The Moderne, 833 East Michigan, the Northwestern Mutual Office Tower, the Bucks Arena, Century City, etc., is truly an extraordinary record of accomplishment. I can’t imagine there are many other individuals who serve in a similar capacity as Mr. Marcoux throughout the country that have had the exceptional degree of success that he has enjoyed. Additionally, Mr. Marcoux‘s essential role in spurring building development throughout Milwaukee has resulted in thousands of jobs and careers for individuals in our city. Now that we are on the cusp of a new major building renaissance in Milwaukee, his participation and capable leadership becomes all the more important to continuing this process of success. As such, we urge you to support the reappoint Mr. Marcoux as the Commissioner of the Milwaukee Department of City Development. In closing, I want to thank you for your consideration, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Yours very truly, Mike Michael Fabishak Chief Executive Officer Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee 414-778-4100 website: www.agc-gm.org Like us on Facebook!
