     As residents of 1522 North Prospect Avenue we are concerned about the building proposed for 1550 
North Prospect.
1. The plans indicate that the new structure will be only three feet from the 1522 property line and will 
be built out over the bluff to the east putting it very close to the Oak Leaf Trail.
2. Parking is already difficult in the area and the size of the project will only exascerbate the problem.
3.The building as proposed is too massive for the lot and is a threat to the historically significant Gall 
Mansion.
