Here are the proposed changes to the Salary Ordinance proposed by DER (highlighted).

..Title 
A substitute ordinance to make uniform the rates of pay of offices and positions in the City service and 
in the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM). 
..Body 
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows: 
TABLE OF CONTENTS
PART I 
The uniform rates of pay of offices and positions in the City service and in RACM under the control of the 
Common Council of the City of Milwaukee shall be as follows. In no case shall the salary of any City 
official exceed that of the Mayor.
PART II. ADMINISTRATION 
The following pay practices are applicable to the offices and positions in the City Service and in RACM.
