The Finance Committee approved File Number 070485 on July 31, 2007 which included Job Evaluation reports for changes in the Department of Neighborhood Services.  In the Positions Ordinance, a title was changed incorrectly.  Please amend the Positions Ordinance as follows:

In the Positions Ordinance, under Department of Neighborhood Services, Court Section, delete one position of "Code Enforcement Assistant Supervisor (X)(Y)" and add one position of "Building Codes Court Administrator (X)(Y)".
