attached is the easement agreement between mps and dot.   note that i've added para 12 that expressly allows mps to terminate the easement.    dot - jim thiel - this is the same redline para that you and i talked about after the 10/31 public works committee hearing.

ald bauman, can we discuss this briefly please and also timing of same?
