I spent my entire career in the relocation industry, assisting major Milwaukee corporations in their efforts to attract and recruit young professionals from all over the country to SE Wisconsin. As a Human Resource manager, it was clear to me that even though the employment opportunity may have been desirable, issues such as housing, safety, accessibility, transportation and lifestyle issues, dictated whether or not the candidate accepted the companies' offer. The amenities that the Teachtown project would embody, are all of the things that were primary concerns for these young candidates. I realize that the target marketing for these units would be directed to teachers, but engineers, computer technologists, scientists, researchers, HR specialists, would also be attracted to the kind of housing that is being proposed for this project; ie, safe neighborhood, access to transportation, walkable access to restaurants, exercise facilities, close proximity to downtown, affordability, etc. Let's keep Bayview vibrant and innovative by offering these possibilities. Thanks for considering the possibilities. . . Natalie Krawczyk 3113 S. Vermont Ave.
