Morning:
On June 12, 2012, the Common Council
adopted File Number 120095, a resolution amending CC File No. 090706, a
resolution directing that tax incremental districts (“TIDs”) expected to close
in 2011 and 2012 be amended to provide funding for the paving of street segments
in and within one-half mile of the TID boundaries. Specifically, File
120095 amended File 090706 to incorporate the attached “Guidelines for amending
TID Project Plans to fund public improvements outside the District” for TIDs
“expected to close out in 2012 and thereafter” (the “Resolved” clause of File
120095). Based on this language, it is understood that, although the file
being amended (090706) applies only to TIDs closing in 2011 and 2012, the
guidelines are actually applicable to TIDs that close after 2012, as
well.
