Please see the attached letter that was also sent to you by the HCNI Board.

My husband and I have lived in Concordia since 1985.  We came here because of the character of the 
housing and the neighborhood and have stayed because of the community. 
The neighbors truly care about each other and the area.  We love the diversity both in the people and in 
the housing stock and would like to preserve BOTH.
This letter expresses that sentiment very well.
