I am 1 of 4 owners of the subject line property and I strongly reject this railroaded process of 
trying to designate my building as historic.  2 of the other owners are currently living in 
Switzerland and we've made them aware of the process but frankly this has happened so quickly 
that none of us can really respond.  Mark Roeker and I will attempt to set up a meeting with 
Robert Baumann and the mayor on this and if this historic designation is shoved down our 
throats we will probably abandoned the building and the bank and you can then deal with it and 
have another board up.
