The north side and rear are not truly visible. The proposed structure according to the Proposed Elevation Drawings shows the new structure and particularly the portion described as “Precast or Brick (For Podium)” completely obliterates the entire south side of the Goll House and thereby undermines the beauty of the Goll House and the historic site designation. For this reason, I am filing this objection.
