You can remove the first item regarding 2409 N. Terrace from the agenda today. Thank you for your assistance. It is up to you to decide whether it is worth your time to attend on Monday. Carlen and I discussed with Commission’s requests with Patrick. We did not encourage further design changes beyond the setback. There were additional details they wanted that did not require design changes. Patrick had reasonable answers. Two of those answers did require additional drawings, but again, not design changes. As we do not have those, it’s probably best to have another chat with him and hold off until January. Terrace Hi Carlen and Tim, We wanted to reach out directly as the owners of 2409 N. Terrace. We realize the next consideration is scheduled for Monday and it's late Friday so it may be a challenge to communicate much at this point. Respond if you are able. After the last HPC meeting, we were at a loss as to how to proceed. At this point, we'd like to see if a setback equal to the property to the south would be approved. Aside from that, we have no other interests to advance. Our thought is to propose the same design as last meeting, that you've already approved as staff, with the only proposed change being the setback moved west to 27.5 feet. Can you share your thoughts on this idea? Beyond this, we'd appreciate any other ideas or guidance on how we get to a design approval at this point. We realize the meeting is Monday, so curious to hear your thoughts if possible before then.
