Dear Alderman Davis:

I am sorry I was not able to attend the meeting on last night at Redemption Lutheran Church about the Holy Cathedral Development Project on Florist.

I support the project in all ways for the community and the neighborhood. I always have to give my disclaimer that I was a paid Architectural consultant by HC COGIC on the project, in years past. I did that work in support of the great planned development for the, (long time), vacant land on West Florist Ave. I was honored to be a part of the project and was always impressed with the high quality design associated with the church, school and other site amenities.

I am in favor of the two proposed ordinances that need to be changed to benefit the projects planned development and implementation.
