This project is not only critical to the overall redevelopment of Wisconsin Ave but also to the city of Milwaukee. Job creation, tax base, and development of an underutilized corner should be the most important factors to be considered. The project as proposed does not include public funds and it would a travesty if this didnt happen because government officials and the historic society fell the buildings should be redeveloped. They have absolutely no significant value and the cost of redevelopment usually exceeds demolition and new construction. In an economic time where virtually no development is occurring and financing is difficult to obtain, this project creates significant value. I fully support
