Valued Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commission,

As a resident of the Historic Water Tower neighborhood, I would like to express my support for the St. 
Mark’s Church and Apartment project.

I believe that infilling our vacant parcels with quality development is vital to the continued stability of 
our important neighborhood.  I also know that this project will help financially support the continued 
upkeep and stewardship of the historic St. Mark’s church building.  Finally, I believe that the scale, 
massing, quality materials, and architectural quality of the proposed apartment building are in keeping 
with our historic district.
